Objective : -To enhance children’s self-esteem
when they do the performance.
- To develop their social communication among
peers.
- To enrich their sense and understanding of
their environments.
On 2nd September 2014,
children of Pusat Jagaan Kanak-Kanak MPK went to SACC for Kemerdekaan
celebration and launching hand wash song by Dettol. We reach there at 9.30 a.m
and we went straight away to main event place. After register we have been
asked to sit at our spot and wait for the event begin. Then teachers distribute
food to children. The main event started with performance represented by a few
kindergartens such as Sarjana Pintar Seksyen 7, Genius kids and etc.
After that
Sir Fikri which the emcee introduce the VVIP for the event and one of them is
Puan Mahanom President of Persatuan Taska Negeri Selangor. After the VVIP’s
speech, Sir Fikri called all children to stand on the stage, and he taught them
the hand washing song by Dettol. Then after all children sat, sir Fikri asked
for volunteer to sing hand wash song, so Teacher Izzati rising hand for
volunteer and we’ve been picked to perform in front and took the picture with
VVIP with the gift from Dettol. After that we ate our lunch and went back to
PJKKMPK at 1.00 p.m.
On 3rd September 2014 we
went again to SACC for ‘Tabung Amal Gaza’ and arrived at 10.00 a.m. After
registered we have been asked to sat at our spot. At that time a few
kindergartens already perform. After that teachers distribute food to children.
Then sir Fikri introduce the VVIP which are representative from Global Peace Mission
(GPM). After the VVIP speech, we passed our PJKKMPK collections bank to GPM
which Aisy and Zhafif as our representative and we received a bank from them.
Then we heard a story from Mrs Nur Azlina Abdul Aziz, mother of late Ammar.
She
told about her son’s life and gives an advice for audience. After that, we get
ready for our performance. We started by singing a nursery rhymes which is
‘wheel on the bus’, followed by GAZA performance which is ‘Damai Yang Hilang’.
After the performance, we took a picture with the VVIP and we having our lunch
and went back to taska at 1.00 p.m
Outcome
: - Children really excited
during the hand wash performance and repeat the song over and over again.
- Children become closer among peers and
teachers.
